NO MORE PAIN: I suffered from Hemorrhoids for 17 years. The first 10 were sporadic non threatening. Then they became frequent and pain in the ass. Till a couple of years ago when the pain was intolerable. The size of one was that of a medium shallot I had purchased every known ointment sold on the market. Nothing work, till I ordered CLEARMED. It was the only thing that worked! within 2-4 days, it shrunk my hemorrhoids, stopped the pain!!! You owe it to yourself I have nothing to gain from this.

ANUREX Is a plastic “tube’ filled with gel that you freeze and use for about 6 minutes, wash and refreeze it. it lasts 6 months. Athletes have used this technology for treating injuries. it’s called cyrotherapy.

Eating large amounts of animal protein is a disaster because it has no fibre in it. You have to consistently eat a high fibre diet.

Paracetamol can lower pain without constipating you and you can get stronger pills than paracetamol. Do not get an operation without really good advice as there are heaps of things you can do to make things better that do not involve surgery.

I put more information on channel nzgav on the left hand side under Health information.

I saw a lot of trivial stuff about Haemorrhoids on wikipedia a few months ago.

I have had problems for 30 years. You have to drink HEAPS of water (the lighter the colour of your urine the less dehydrated you are), have a VERY high fibre diet, and I take standard Normacol (extra fibre) as well.

You have to be aware of how much fibre you are eating. For me wholemeal bread is an excellent source of fibre. I never buy eggs, cheese pizza or potatoes as these make things worse.

use the PREPARATION H COOLING GEL, it helps a lot to relieve the burn, sting and itchy feeling you get from hemorrhoids and use a doughnut shaped cushion to help relieve the pressure off the hemorrhoids when you sit for long period of hours. Drink plenty of water and walk a lot to help the blood circulate.
